SAC Treated Diabetic Wound Healing
- Diabetes Wound Healing Second Trial
Purpose : From previous experiments, SAC cream improves the wound healing process in normal mid-age mice. In this study, We assume SAC cream may improve the wound healing process in diabetic mice having impaired wound healing.
- Animal
a. Ob/Ob mice (born on 12.13.22, 8 weeks based on made wound day)
b. Made wounds with 8mm punch biopsy (at 02.07.23) - Group
a. 4 female ob/ob mice are separated in each cage (at 02.03.23)
b. Experiment started at 02.07.23
c. Each mouse had two wounds on each side, and each group has formed by two mice.
Tegaderm Covered Wound (Called Open Wound) / SAC cream - Work
a. Applied cream and Put a new Tegaderm every day from the day made the wound
b. Every day measurement and take a picture
c. Biopsies were taken Pre-Trt, Post 1 (3 days after closure),
Post 2 (10 days after closure), Post 3 (20 days after closure)
